In the actual complex and challenging context of capacity constraints, we must ensure alignment between footprint strategy and capacity situation across the Asia Pacific Industrial Plants in order to improve the utilization of machines and spaces that complements the regional resources optimization and demand. Schaeffler Singapore is looking for an Industrial Engineer, Operations & SCM Industrial Asia Pacific to lead improvement and excellence projects within Industrial Operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

FIT (Fast Industrial Transformation) Program & Performance Improvement
- Align improvements and ratio-projects proposals within Industrial Division Asia Pacific and Industrial plants
- Drive FIT/WAVE process and KPI tracking
- Steer the Asia Pacific Industrial plants/segments finding measures to achieve FIT targets
- POI (Project Output Increase) in terms of supporting and steering of POI projects within Asia Pacific Industrial plants
- Practice & Sprint in terms of supporting and steering of P&S projects within Asia Pacific Industrial plants

Workshops
- Align improvement and ratio-projects order (benefit, targets, contents, budget, team, etc.)
- Steer improvement and ratio-projects in Asia Pacific Industrial plants and segments
- Identify improvements activities in cooperation with MOVE AP

General
- Independent development and coordination of related tasks directly with AP plants/others
- Establish and expand the cooperation in cross-functional and divisional networks
- Develop and maintain database of all related activities/tasks
- Develop specifications and templates for the related areas when not available
- Develop, monitor and support operational KPI’s of Asia Pacific Industrial plants/segments (data analytics)

**Your Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management or equivalent in relevant field of studies
- Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business analytics dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
- Advanced understanding of product and production technology
- Project management experience
- Organized and structured mindset
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Social, intercultural competence and teamworkc
