- Monthly**Requirements**:

- Ensuring compliance of Hotel Security Policies and Procedures.
- Ensuring proper control of all keys drawn from security custody.
- Performing static and patrolling duties in and around the hotel's vicinity.
- Reporting all discrepancies or abnormalities discovered during patrols.
- Handling of valuable Lost & Found items and maintaining proper records.
- Monitoring and responding to all emergencies including fire alarm activation.
- Ensuring smooth operation of the carpark system.
- Rendering First Aid including use of AED.
- Issuing / Receiving of Hotel passes to visitors and casual labours
- Issuing / Receiving of Casual labour vouchers.
- Handling of conventional keys and Master Keycards. (Security Checkpoint Keypress)
- Encoding of complimentary and chargeable carpark tickets.
- Maintaining security checkpoint registers, logs and forms ensuring proper and accurate recording.
- Opening and securing of doors according to operation requirements.
- Performing static and patrolling duties in and around the hotel's vicinity.
- To carry out bag searches in the correct manner and be prepared to take actions if necessary.
- Assisting with traffic control at the driveway and ensuring smooth traffic flow.
- Monitoring Electronic Parking System.
- Handling Fire Repeater Panel.
- Responding properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
- Maintain self-discipline according to the requirements of the hotel and department's standards.**Benefits**
