**Job Purpose**
Assisting Manufacturing Engineers in handling overall Manufacturing Support functions - Changeroom and Materials Logistics and Post Fab Operation

**Your Job**:

- Handling Overall Fab Centralised Test Wafer Management - Preparation, Recycling, Re-route / Downgrade via Online SiView MEs -both in Offline and EIM + Auto Delivery execution mode
- Operate all Test Wafer recycling and FOUP (Carrier) cleaning tools. Perform routine 1 st Level PM and Setup
- Manage Changeroom Logistic - Issuing, Inventory, attend to Cleanroom User needs and Housekeeping control
- Manage Fab / Sub Fab / Support Areas Housekeeping Logistics/Audit
- Overall Reticle Management (Exception: for specific individual selected)
- Chemical Handling - Manage Storage and transportation (within Fab), change Resist Bottle and Housekeeping
- Wafer Start Logistics
- Fab / Engineering / Wafer Bank WIP Movement Management
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers in handling coordination work/activities after Fabout step
- Etest, Internal Sort and QA (Transfer into Shipping Box & Labelling)
- Direct / Indirect Materials spending - Updating Monitoring against Budget
- Maintain good housekeeping standards in the production area and ensure good safety practices are followed
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers in Report Preparation

**Required Qualifications**:

- O’Level / Higher Nitec / Nitec (Preferably Electronics or Semiconductor) / or other Equivalent

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Preferably 2 years of Wafer Fab experience or other related Manufacturing environment with consistent good ratings in performance / behaviour
- National Service/Institution - Extra Curriculum/other external
- Experience in Handling Logistic Management / Monitoring / Control for Direct and Indirect Materials / Planning in Manufacturing Environment is an advantage
- Computer Literacy
- Ability to read and understand reports, flow diagrams and charts.
- Some diagnostic background
- Physically fit to work 12 hours rotating Day / Night in Clean Room environment.
- Highly adaptable to changing practices, new procedurals / protocols
- Team Player and good inter-personal skills
- High Sense of Urgency and Highly committed
