Job Description:

- Planning, designing, creating relevant Onsite content and programs based on the company's (Parks) business objectives and users' needs
- Developing onsite content strategies that conforms to and sets out to achieve each park’s business goals
- Strategically develop programs, content and activities with an aim to inform, entertain, inspire and engage targeted audiences
- Ideate, write and commission programs and content across a range of formats (Onsite)
- Designing and developing experiential camp and team building curriculum with level-appropriate activities for all parks (SuperPark Singapore, Pororo Park Singapore, Tayo Station)
- Develop and creating experiential key signature events for all four parks e.g., Halloween, Christmas, Park Birthday’s, National Day
- Propose and design strategies that help our Parks win a greater share of buzz, industry chatter and drive inbound interest and curiosity to learn more
- Deliver content that supports the sales team and drives new leads and conversion in our sales funnel
- Partner with front line teams (sales, marketing and operations) to drive effective content marketing initiatives that deliver sales and customer retention
- Ability to work with the different brand partners, event vendors and agencies
- Driving new program partnerships with significant partners for Camp and Team Building Activities

Job Requirement:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Project Management or related field
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in planning and developing Camp and Team Building curriculum, experiential party activities and events as well as modifying activities when required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good team player
- Ability to manage budgets and monitor expenses
