As the Payment processing team supporting the Fund Corporate Services, you will report to the Head of Cash Management.

**Some of the things you will be doing**:

- Production of high volume of monthly sales invoices requiring close liaison with the client-facing teams to familiarize with complex and varied fee structures.
- Reconcile the vendor invoices with sales invoices and prepare the payment schedule.
- Support the delivery teams and management with adhoc requests (e.g. disbursements, distribution requests, client monies, bank and custodian account opening).
- Assist monthly bank reconciliations, capital call / subscription receipts

**What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?**
- Accounting Degree/Part-qualified/finalist ACCA/CIMA.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Conscientious and diligent, with high attention to detail.
- Strong client service mentality with experience of working closely with senior management.
- Professional, friendly demeanour.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible.
- Preferable to have familiarity with Fund Accounting Softwares
