We are on a journey to leverage cutting-edge technology and AI to enhance the productivity and profitability of traditional industries. This technology has been 4 years in production by top class experts and is currently being successfully piloted with highly regarded corporate players.

Currently we are building a high calibre Founding Team talent pipeline for technical leaders as we nail the optimum leadership flying formation. This includes CTO & CPO profiles.

**Please note, for this role you will ideally already be based in Singapore with the right to work. Shortlisting will commence early January**

**How will you have impact?**:

- You’ll continue building and shaping the technical vision and execution strategy for this new venture in tandem with the evolving business model
- You’ll gain a deep understanding of the target customers; the needs, wants, pains and opportunities that underpin this venture and technology
- You’ll champion user/customer interactions and data-driven decision-making
- You’l establish appraisal metrics and progress indicators that focus tightly on making progress towards even deeper product-market fit and scale
- You’ll build your company’s product & technology team out and ensure strong connective tissue between the powerful work that’s been done to date, and what needs to be done to further move the needle
- You’ll be proud to have built a game-changing product with ultimate stickiness and an unparalleled customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Founder or Leadership Team member for a highly technical startup. You've experienced significant highs, lows and learnings as a technical entrepreneur
- Experience leading startups from early stage to scale, and through raising subsequent funding rounds. You can effectively translate your technical knowledge to bring all relevant parties on the journey with you
- Deep technical knowledge and domain insights, with a focus on cutting edge, breakthrough solutions including AI and NLP & LLMs
- Experience of rapid product iteration through prototyping, build, launch and scale phases
- Strong experience of multiple programming languages, contemporary technology stacks, distributed systems, APIs, databases and software testing toolkits
- Belief in agile development practices and clean code, with a focus keeping final user performance front of mind
- Innate strength of leadership - ability to build, manage and inspire technical & entrepreneurial teams
- Exceptionally well organised, ruthless in prioritising allocation of time and resources in pursuit of a regular cadence of outcomes and progress
- Ideally bring a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Masters or PHD in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Deep Learning or Inference, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Model related field
