Work closely with our Group’s creative team to oversee all the musical aspects of our livehouse production, including casting and hiring singers and performers, rehearsing and conducting all live band performances
- Develop music calendar and decide on the line-up and schedule for all performances for our livehouse
- Hold auditions to evaluate the vocal abilities of all auditionees and offer advice on rhythm, voice, tone, and skills of each musician
- Select music, provide training and ensure the maintenance of all musical instruments
- Have a creative flare and be able to work well with different musical talents in the area of mandarin pop, jazz and Chinese classical music
- Be able to sing well, play the piano or guitar, understand about other musical instruments as well as being able to read music and compose songs
- Excellent knowledge of music techniques, theory, and performance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and time management abilities
