**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Global Bank Account Administration and Structure**
- Develops and implements global cash management architecture (SG & overseas) to ensure visibility and control over all bank accounts from Group level.
- Administers global bank accounts (opening/closing, KYC, signatory updates).

**Treasury Digitalization**
- Leads the enhancement and ongoing management of treasury management system.
- Manages integration of electronic FX trading platform to streamline front-office operations.
- Collaborates with IT, Finance and vendors to streamline treasury workflows, automate reporting, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

**Treasury Policy, Procedures and Compliance Monitoring**
- Updates treasury policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with best practices.
- Monitors compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements across all treasury activities.
- Coordinates internal and external audits related to treasury operations and assist in implementing corrective actions where needed.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, across different competencies, e.g., cash management, bank account administration, bank debt/bonds, financial analysis
- Accounting, treasury or investment management certification, e.g., CA, CTP, CFA preferred
- Experience in system implementation will be advantageous
- Proficiency in TMS or ERP systems
- Experience in at least one part of FX trading workflow (i.e., front, middle or back)
- Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and communication skills
