**What you will be doing**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Website Maintenance & Support:

- Collaborate with vendor to design, develop, maintain and support the SUSS corporate website and Intranet.
- Enhance user experience by creating user-friendly, visually appealing, high performance and secure websites.
- Establish and ensure compliance to web publishing policies and guidelines.

Application Support & Maintenance:

- Gather and document business requirements, work with vendor to enhance the systems.

Project Planning & Management:

- Work with business departments to identify business needs and implement new systems (e.g. community engagement platform).
- Lead market research / feasibility study, plan the project, procure the solution, and implement the project.

Others:

- Manage quality of deliverables and performance of vendors.
- Assist Supervisor in other assigned duties.
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- At least 4 years in IT industry.
- Strong problem solving and time management skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with end users and vendors.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as in a team.
- Must be proactive in nature, ability to learn fast and highly organized.
- Attention to detail with a good balance of creativity and analytical thinking.
- Knowledge and experience with Web Content Management System (WCMS), preferably Sitefinity.
- Good grasp of IT technologies, methodologies, architectures, and best practices.
- Appreciation of cybersecurity best practices.
