**Accounts Related**:

- **Record Keeping**:Enter financial data into accounting software, maintain digital and physical financial records, and organize financial documents and files.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**:Process vendor invoices, issue customer invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely transactions.
- **Reconciliations**:Reconcile bank statements, account balances, and direct debits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- **Financial Reporting**:Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
- **Payment Processing**:Process payments, including reimbursement forms and payroll processing, and manage petty cash.
- **Administrative Support**:Perform general office duties such as filing, answering phones, handling mail, and liaising with clients and vendors.

**Key Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification, Fresh graduate welcome
- Knowledge of quickbooks accounting software will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate.
