Hotel Night Reception / Auditor

**Ibis styles Hotel is an International Brand Hotel. Ideal for anyone who has the ambition to grow within the company and ambitious. Industry experience is preferred but not essential.**

**Responsibilities**
- This position is for **permanent night shift **in hotel environment.
- Responsible for the daily operations at front desk and focus on guest services.
- Responsible for Front desk activities, guest services, check in and check out, front desk administrative tasks, tidy up of admin documents as workflow from the morning and afternoon shifts.
- Reconcile the hotel’s daily accounting to ensure and accurate assessment of both room and revenue collection
- Prepare for next day’s arrival and departures and print relevant reports. Hand over to morning shift with night audit processes.
- Handle technical work in terms of rate checks, room allocation and all other night audit functions
- Assist Night Auditor with the admin work. And assisting guests with all requests
- Handle last minute bookings and reservations
- Coordinate guest requests with Housekeeping and F&B department
- Have strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Coordinate the guests requests and important information throughout the hotel with all departments
