**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Filming
- Assist in planning and filming content for TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Work with team to storyboard and shoot engaging product videos and behind-the-scenes stories
- Coordinate with influencers and manage user-generated content when needed

Copywriting & Social Media Management
- Schedule and post across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, EDM)
- Monitor engagement and trends to optimize content

Marketing Calendar Planning
- Help build and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Align campaigns with key festive events, product launches, and sales initiatives
- Collaborate with internal departments for promo planning

Design & Editing
- Assist in editing videos and designing simple visuals using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
- Maintain branding consistency across all platforms
- Resize and adapt creatives for different channels (IG Story vs. FB Ad etc.)

E-Commerce Management & Sales Optimization
- Upload and maintain listings on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.
- Track campaign performance, product views, and conversion rates
- Suggest ways to optimize listings and improve customer experience
