Bath clients daily with HCA/HA
- Ensure all nursing equipment is clean and in working condition

Attend to clients' elimination needs promptly

Prepare clients for meals, especially those using wheelchairs or walking aids

Prepare and serve meals at appointed times, paying attention to those on a special diet (if any) o Assist with the feeding of clients who require assistance

Clean up clients after each meal if their clothes are soiled

Help to serve medication under the supervision of an Enrolled Nurse or above

Assist with the admission of new clients to the Home (refer to Admission Protocol)

Escort clients to clinics/hospitals for appointments or emergencies o Able to conduct wound care for clients when needed

Observe and monitor the health status of clients. Report to Nurse-in-charge if any adverse change is noticed o Assist clients in exercise activities, recreational and social programmes

Help to collect, fold, and sort laundry. Prepare clients' clothing and place them in linen carriers

Any other duties assigned by RO (Reporting Officer, DON, or SN)
