Equipment Engineern

**Job Description**:
You shall team up with cross functional stake holders to understand the equipment, and improvement opportunities.- Identify, initiate, recommend, and oversee programs to improve manufacturing equipment safety, quality & productivity.- Lead teams to drive continuous improvement projects, to reduce manufacturing cost, improve equipment operation capability, safety, & reduce health/environmental impact.- Establishes network of resources with multiple disciplines, with division & USAC plant maintenance engineering to implement equipment maintenance best practices. Provides technical assistance and guidance to subordinates and peers.- Builds a working knowledge of key corporate initiatives and applies appropriate tools.- Provides appropriate and timely documentation of work as required by the business unit.- Intellectual Property: Has an awareness of implications of intellectual property on the process(es).- Educating: Identifies and implements a comprehensive education plan to continually advance technical skills and personal development as well as enhancing organizational effectiveness.- Establishes self as a resource within immediate work group.- Participates in Engineering Manufacturing Technology Organization (EMTO)/Engineering Manufacturing Technology Chapters (EMTC) activities.

Qualification- Bachelor of Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering degree- At least 5 or more years of working experience in extrusion die manufacturing industry.-
- Good written and oral communication skills- Able to communicate & work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams- Able to perform work in standard shift
