**Job Summary**

We are hiring an Insurance Venture Specialist to join our VC Fund. This is a permanent, in-house role supporting long-term VC investments In Southeast Asia, predominantly Indonesia.

Responsible for conducting research on company fundamentals, macroeconomic and generating research insights to support detailed analysis on insurance investments, ensuring alignment with investors mandates and VC Fund objectives. Contribute to ESG-aligned investments and regulatory capital strategies. Maintain and develop investors relations, fund-raising and pipeline development. This is a lean, dynamic team with excellent career growth. Knowledge of Syariah Law and Islamic Banking will be beneficial.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Fund-Raising: Develop and source investments from HNWs, Family Office and Investors.

2. Fund Strategies: Implement investment strategies with sustainability framework.

3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks ensuring alignment with investors’ risk tolerance.

4. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor portfolio performance.

5. Investors Communication: Provide regular portfolio updates, market insights, and fund updates to investors.

6. Keep up to date with regulatory developments, including OJK, ESG, Sustainability and market risk consideration.

7. Contribute to internal discussions on thematic positioning, sand long-term Capital strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in insurance, private equity, M&A advisory, strategy consulting, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong writing, communication, analytical, and presentation skills. Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
- ESG and sustainability knowledge will be advantageous.
- Certifications: CMFAS HI, M5, M9, M9A or insurance equivalent.
- Knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for communications with Indonesia stakeholders.
