**Roles & Responsibilities**

We are seeking a talented Staff Analog Design Engineer to join our growing team. This role is vital for designing high speed SERDES transceiver, and working with teams across the globe to push the performance envelope of high speed SERDES. You'll in charge of critical circuit and system design, work closely with layout team, system team and production team to invent cutting edge circuit, implement the idea and put it into production.

As a key technical contributor, you'll help define circuit structure, optimize active and passive component size, and carry out the floorplan. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while collaborating across teams to deliver best-in-class solutions. **Responsibilities**
- Circuit Design: Designing analog blocks like high-speed transceivers at the transistor level, including low jitter clock distribution cucuit, high frequency analog PLLs and digital PLLs, low power data converters and other anlog building blocks such and LDO and Bandgap.
- Specification Analysis: Analyzing block specifications and selecting appropriate circuit topologies to meet performance targets.
- Layout Supervision: Guiding layout engineers, providing guidelines, and conducting post-layout verification.
- Modeling and Verification: Developing and validating behavioral and functional models of designed blocks.
- IP Delivery: Managing the delivery of analog IP from concept to production.

**Qualifications**
- Master/Phd's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in high speed, or complex analog circuit and system design
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting skills

**Preferred Skills**
- Advanced Finfet technology nodes layout and parasitic analysis
- Cadence/Synopsys CAD tools including Spectre, Virtuoso, VoltusFi, and EM simulation tools such as EMX, Peakview, and Helic etc
- Programming skills in MATLAB, Python
- Track record of completing challenging projects
