Job Title:
RPA IDP Developer and Analyst

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Development and Implementation:
Design, build, and deploy RPA bots using tools like ElectroNeek RPA/IDP/ BPM. Prior experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, Gleematic, Cyclone, Laiye is a plus.

Configure and optimize IDP solutions for data extraction from unstructured and semi-structured documents (e.g., invoices, forms, and contracts) using platforms like Open AI IDP, FlexiCapture, UiPath Document Understanding, or Hyperscience.

Integrate RPA bots with IDP tools and other enterprise systems to enable end-to-end automation.

Develop custom scripts or APIs to extend the functionality of RPA and IDP tools as needed.

Analysis and Design:
Work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing workflows and business processes.

Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the potential ROI of automation projects.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and automation workflows.

Develop process maps and documentation for existing workflows to streamline automation design.

Testing and Optimization:
Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of RPA bots and IDP solutions.

Monitor and debug deployed solutions to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Analyze bot performance and provide insights to optimize workflows and enhance accuracy.

Collaboration and Training:
Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to ensure smooth deployment and integration.

Provide training and support to users and stakeholders on automation tools and processes.

Document processes, solutions, and technical configurations for reference and maintenance.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in RPA tools (Electroneek, Gleematic, Laiye,Cyclone,UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

Experience with IDP platforms (Kofax, UiPath Document Understanding, or Hyperscience).

Strong knowledge of Python,.NET, or Java for custom scripting.

C#, VB, MS Excel, MS Office Familiarity with OCR technologies and AI/ML models for document processing.

Understanding of APIs, web services, and system integration concepts.

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**:
0 to 2+ years of experience in RPA development and/or process analysis.

Experience in implementing IDP solutions and automating document-heavy processes.

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Preferred Certifications:
RPA Developer Certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional).

Certifications in IDP platforms (e.g., ABBYY Certified Professional).

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
