[What the role is]
Registration Executive
[What you will be working on]
- Amendment and creation of records in STARS system in relation to registration of documents;
- Check hardcopy original leases to ensure that they are in order for imaging by checking that endorsements on the leases are in order and checking the system where necessary to insert the relevant endorsement;
- Preparation of leases and/or instruments for imaging according to vendor’s requirements;
- Indexing and packing the leases and/or instruments into boxes for collection by vendor;
- Receiving imaged leases and/or instruments and CDs from vendor;
- Preparation and maintaining files to ensure that the leases and/or instruments are accounted for and retrievable;
- Organising the verification of the imaged leases and/or instruments by temp staff;
- Verification of imaged instruments/leases to ensure that that the imaged copies are in order.
- Liaising with and coordinating the return of defective and incorrect CDs to the vendor;
- Packing the imaged and verified leases and other instruments/title documents for long-term storage and/or disposal;
- Assisting with inventory of imaged/stored/disposed leases and other instruments/title documents for invoice purposes;
- Preparation of Delivery Memos;
- Ancillary duties related to registration of property; and
- Assisting with delivery of title documents and instruments to law firms at SLA’s lodgment counter and manning the lodgment counter i.e. collect documents from law firms).

- Open to any field of studies and with few years of work experience supporting administrative duties
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal, writing and communication skills
- Meticulous and responsible
- Able to work independently and as a team, able to interact effectively and professionally with members of the public
