**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a wide variety of goods including cakes, cookies, tarts, breads, pastries, and plated desserts.
- Develop new dessert menus and seasonal specials in collaboration with the Head Chef.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the pastry kitchen.
- Monitor inventory and order ingredients to maintain stock levels.
- Decorate pastries and desserts using modern techniques and traditional methods.
- Maintain cost control and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure all products meet the quality standards and presentation guidelines of the establishment.
- Stay updated on trends in pastry and dessert arts.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role.
- Culinary degree or diploma in pastry arts is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Creativity and an eye for detail in presentation.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, or holidays depending on shift needs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,100.00 per month
