**THE ROLE**
Your key responsibilities are to:
- Provide support and coordination to execute leadership development, assessment, coaching, or other projects to ensure tasks are completed on time and to high quality. This includes:
- Co-ordinate purchases and reports with assessment vendors and suppliers
- Administer assessment processes including assessment set-up, communications to clients, monitoring completion and creating reports
- Create and quality check assessment reports (if needed)
- Administer end-to-end execution of coaching programs including scheduling and communications with client, coaches and stakeholders
- Create, monitor and track timelines and progress for administration of these projects, especially when multiple assessments or coaching assignments are being coordinated
- Monitoring and tracking programme progress, writing reports as needed
- Proactively coordinate and manage the associate enablement processes
- Identify potential associates (e.g., coaches) to fit OS needs
- Manage associate empanelment and renewals process (e.g., coordinate bio creation, ensure agreements are in place)
- Provide coach information and coordinate introductory meetings between coaches and clients
- Collect information from associates and consolidate into reports for clients
- Track and coordinate invoice payments for clients and associates
As theperson develops, they may be able to participate in other types of projects. This role can be a full-time or part-time position depending upon the individual.
**DESIRED BACKGROUND**
- Minimum of a HNITEC or ITE Diploma in a relevant field
- At least 1-3 years of related working experience
- Ideally this will include work in a customer enablement role
- Experience in administration of complex processes with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong software skills (highly proficient in Excel and Word)
- Works quickly with high standards
- Proactive, energetic and self-motivated
- Excellent problem-solving skills and solution orientationFluency in English is essential. Requires excellent writing skills for communication with international clients

**LOCATION**
This person does not need to be based in Singapore, though this is preferred. The role will be on a hybrid work pattern, primarily work-from-home.
