- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 830am - 530pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus**:
- Duration: Permanent Role
**Key Responsibilities**
- Start and oversee projects.
- Manage specific projects from planning to execution.
- Plan and organize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Hold weekly meetings with management to share progress updates.
- Monitor projects and make adjustments to keep them on track.
- Maintain good client relationships by clearly explaining tasks and deadlines.
- Ensure all projects progress smoothly without neglect.
- Regularly confirm budgets with your superior and adjust as needed.
- Attend site meetings, research market info, and submit weekly reports to the project manager.

- Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electronic engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of project experience.
- Understanding of MEP building systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
- Knowledge of legal issues and safety standards.
