SEO Specialist and Content Creator

NOVI Health is on a mission to enable people everywhere to live healthier and free of chronic disease. We are a Singapore-based healthcare and technology company, that recently raised Series A, looking for a SEO Specialist and Content Creator to join our expanding team and supercharge our goal to impact more lives.

**Your Role**:
You will help to drive our content strategy at NOVI Health, to ensure our website is updated regularly with relevant and exciting material, to increase organic traffic and connect with our audience. You will also ensure that the tone and voice of our content and communications is consistent with our brand across the different channels you are responsible for.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify content opportunities and optimize existing content
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to identify areas of improvement
- Optimize website content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and landing pages, for search engines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices and implement them into the website
- Manage and monitor website rankings, traffic, and conversions using SEO tools
- Develop content ideas and create high-quality content that aligns with the brand's tone and style
- Update content to ensure that it’s current and complies with local regulations
- Manage and collaborate with outsourced content writers
- Help create style guides or suggest changes to ensure content is consistent and clear
- Edit content to ensure voice, grammar and style is on point
- Draft external communications such as newsletters, marketing collaterals, social media captions, and in-app communications
- Work closely with in-house and outsourced graphic, social media and video producers to produce written, graphic, video content
- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and content creation
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and on-page optimization techniques
- Experience with keyword research and analysis tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner
- Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Squarespace or other CMS platforms is a plus
- Experience working within healthcare or similar industries is a bonus, but not a requirement
- Advanced writing and editing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Distil complex concepts and language into content that is easily understood
- Understand grammar rules and how to construct clear sentences
- Be mindful of things like flow, readability, and sentence variety
