**Position**: SaaS/COTS Engineer

**Work Location**: Client Site, Maxwell Road, Singapore

**Working Hours**: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Salary: $4,000 to $6,000 (commensurate with experience)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of SaaS and COTS products to address organisational requirements.
- Tailor software solutions to align with business processes and technical specifications.
- Create custom scripts or configurations as necessary to enhance performance and user experience.
- Ensure reliable and effective integrations between SaaS/COTS solutions and other enterprise systems.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in this role.
- Proficiency in configuring and customising SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, MS Power Platform, or similar tools.
- Experience working with COTS solutions across various industries (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Familiarity with software development languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL for customisation purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- All nationalities welcome, but must be in Singapore with 2 years of local experience.
