**Full job description**
- To prepare and assist in tendering of projects and on
- going projects
- Updating & tracking of drawings to ensure timely information
- Assist project director getting quote, coordinate with sub con including liaising with requestors and users
- Work closely with the project team to ensure purchase requisitions, Purchase order are keyed into the system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain proper & complete set of contract documents
- Ensure proper documentation, maintain and update records accordingly.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- 2 Years experience in building/civil in Singapore
- Preferably with experience in handling HDB project
- Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Good communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, word etc) and PC literate - Proactive, good working attitude and able to communicate well
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and ability to work as a good team player.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
