Junior Maintenance Executive

The Junior Maintenance Executive is responsible for collaborating with the Maintenance Executive in managing the Maintenance site team and performance to meet organizational objective and targets.
- Manage the site team to ensure productivity, cost control, quality, EHS and site security targets are met.
- Review and report defect rectification status to the Management on a weekly basis.
- Liaise with Client, Consultants, Authorities and external parties (Home Owners and General Public) to ensure defect rectification expectations are managed in the interest of these parties and the organization.
- Prepare maintenance budget for defect clearance.
- Verify and approve subcontractors and suppliers’ quotations and claims.
- Verify and approve Material and Plant Requisition.
- Monitor and improve on systems for recording instructions and works under Variation Order (VO).
- Adherence to safety practices in the work place

**Requirements**:

- Education: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Facility Management
- Minimum of 1 year of building and / or civil engineering / real estate / property experience.
- Experience in structural and architectural works and finishing.
- Familiar with maintenance works during DLP period is an added advantage.
