**What the role is**

As a Senior Officer, your role is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

**What you will be working on**

You will be involved in the Estates & Facilities Management functions in ITE. Your key responsibilities include the following:

- Oversee the predictive, preventive & corrective maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical systems & equipment in ITE’s campuses;
- Manage the Technical Officers and Technicians to ensure that they deliver their services in accordance with the contractual requirements; and
- Play an active role in the Addition & Alteration works to ITE’s training facilities and amenities.

**What we are looking for**
- Relevant educational qualifications in Engineering/ Estates Management or other building-related disciplines; and
- Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
