Job Title: Headhunter (ASEAN Market)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborate closely with clients **to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and establish a comprehensive understanding of their organizational culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights and recommendations on recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments in the ASEAN region, providing timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- CEI Certification needed
- Proven experience as a Headhunter or Recruitment Consultant, with a strong focus on the ASEAN market.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
- Familiarity with the ASEAN job market, including cultural nuances and regional talent pools.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
