**Mission**

Under the responsibility of the Pre-sales and or Tendering Team Manager, the Digital Services Architect is in charge to:

- Support sales / Engage with customers to articulate prospective business solutions and value propositions that address customer main challenges
- Envision and develop an end-to-end solution architecture for Digital services / Advisors based solution bridging assets, devices, gateways, connectivity, cloud, integration, analytics, cyber security layers, addressing functional and non-functional aspects
- Support Digital sales in the quotation process providing inputs on technical requirements / and intricacies of IT (IT upgrade, co-legacy systems)

**What will you do?**

**Internal Collaboration**:

- Fully accountable for developing and designing end-to-end digital services architecture based on Schneider Electric products and solutions portfolio, but not limited to expand and source 3rd party products and solutions to complete the deliverables to customers
- Develop technical knowledge and competence of EcoStruxure Power Advisor, Asset Advisor, Building Advisor as priority, but not limited to take up other areas under the umbrella of EcoStruxure when necessary
- Work and collaborate with Digital Lead and/ or Digital Sales within country digital community to understand customer needs and challenges as well as working directly with Field Services Sales for RFIs/RFPs/RFQs
- Support pre-con site survey for complex projects regarding of cablings, installations etc when necessary
- Work within tendering team to transfer digital architecture to Bill-of-Material for costing and sales proposal
- Capable of develop value-engineering solution for cost optimization
- Coach and share to grow digital technical knowledge within tendering team

**External Interaction**:

- Act as technical expert to pitch digital services to customers and address in-dept technical concerns especially on cybersecurity-related topics
- Join in customer meetings and discussions to persuade customers for cloud connectivity of digital services

**What qualifications will make you successful?**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science/engineering, data analytics, preferably with certifications such as CISSP or equivalent
- Past experience of working in a senior technical role or technical lead
- Awareness of industry leading IoT platforms like PTC ThingWorx, AWS IoT, Microsoft Azure, GE Predix, or IBM Watson
- Strong knowledge in cybersecurity is a must
- Able to work under pressure with tight delivery deadline by given short notice
- Strong experience in any of the industry domains of Datacenters, Healthcare & Life sciences, Retail & Consumer goods, Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities
- Experience and knowledge in following is an advantage: Integration platforms with related IIOT technologies including BMS, PLC, SCADA systems, IoT/M2M Platforms, MRP/MES, PLM or QMS
