**What You'll Do**:

- Support the Operational Digitalisation Section to develop and maintain digital transformation roadmap for SP PowerGrid
- Lead and drive the implementation of the digital transformation initiatives
- Work together with the team to assess and evaluate initiatives derived from roadmap development
- Provide regular update to department head and / or management team
- Develop communication and user adoption strategy in terms of digital transformation implementation
- Work with multiple stakeholders to maintain regular update of the communication platform
- To manage digital transformation initiatives related documentation as required
- To plan, organize and facilitate digital transformation initiatives related meetings
- Prepare the budget and manage the spending on digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure Quality, HSE, Finance, Procurement and Security compliance as per company’s guidelines

**What You'll Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by Professional Engineers Board Singapore or equivalent
- At least 2 years relevant experience with demonstrated leadership skills
- Good technical / engineering knowledge in the areas of digital transformation and utility business preferred
- Good knowledge and understand key technical concepts such as IoT, Big data, Geographic Information System (ArcGIS), Automation & Robotics, Operational Technology and Artificial Intelligence etc
- Familiar with business process reviews and process improvement methodologies
- Ability to work with all levels of associates, proactive, creative, good interpersonal skills
