Observes Sales policy
Works in tandem with the Sales Engineer or the Regional Sales Manager
Follows up the pumps and spare parts offers
Negotiate the order
Performs the contract review
Checks customer solvency
Handles written riders
Checks the down payments
Follows up the respect of deadlines with Supply Chain
Informs the customer of delay
Sends ARC
Manages the billing of spare parts
Opens customer complaints
Makes a first analysis before borne by customer service
Creates customer record in PCM
Updates the customers database
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 'O' Levels and above
1 year of experience in Sales Support duties
Proficiency in MS Office
Fast learner like can-do positive attitude
