We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Alternatives Investment Operations Manager.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Supporting the implementation of the operating model for new Alternatives investment capability managed by Asset Management Singapore, with a focus on Real Estate and Real Assets investment capability under close collaboration with investment team, other support functions and offshore teams to deliver operations services
- Providing transaction services to investment team including monitoring investment restriction and guidelines, compliance requirements, deal execution and investment on-boarding and off-boarding
- Working in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams on relevant regulatory requirements to comply with across relevant jurisdictions of the funds and mandates under management Operating 1LOD controls of AMSG for the operational processes of Investment Operations
- Coordinating and assist internal client requests as well as for investment operations at AMSG
- Participating in ad-hoc business transformation and system improvement projects for operational testing perspective-Updating on a timely manner Operations manual to document operational processes and controls for documentation and audit purpose
- Assisting Investment Operations Senior Manager in managing the overall scope of Operations activities
- Major Challenges (The challenges inherent in the role that require a continual test of the role holder’s abilities)
Requirements
- Degree qualification, preferably in Finance
- Professional certifications (i.e. CAIA, CFA, ACA, FRM...) and Experience in alternatives investments products are distinct advantages
- Ability to manage operational risk in a changing environment
- Must show ability to communicate clearly on various operational issues and to maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients, investors and colleagues
- Must possess effective multi-tasking, process management, organisational and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work to deadlines in an efficient and accurate manner
- Commercially focus and client-centric
- Demonstrate collaborative and supportive working relationship with the other business departments and functions
