**Primary Roles**
- Accountable for the sector Unit P/L of Assigned units
- Prepare annual business plan and budget, monthly forecast, and regularly update on the performance.
- Analyse results, recommend and implement measures required to meet revenue and cost targets as well as service, quality, productivity and safety KPI.
- Maintain a high level of service, food & beverage in a team-oriented setting.
- Promote and uphold “Brighter Cafeteria of Tomorrow” as the iconic showcase cafeteria within Singapore by win-win collaborations with stakeholders and highly leveraging on technologies to boost overall productivity, business performance and drive profitability.

**Secondary Roles**
- Overall coordinating, organizing, executing and training all Food & Beverage (“F&B”) technology’s offerings within The Wok People, which involves RFID, QR Ordering, App, Hot boxes pick up so to meet the needs of different segment of stakeholders.
- Participate in the IT development of the F&B team by identifying the right technologies and leverage best practices to improve productivity, efficiencies, guest satisfaction and staff retention.
- Participate in the Procurement Circle by identifying the right food and beverage that amplifies the “Brighter Cafeteria of Tomorrow” to improve guest experience.
- To participate, coordinate and execute in the project management of ad hoc projects, new concepts, new locations.

**Job Requirements**
- A Degree, Diploma, Higher Nitec or Nitec in any discipline
- Individuals with supervisory working experience in service-related industry
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills at all level
- Responsible, good organising & problem solving skills, and resourceful to deliver results
- Strong passion for delighting customers and with an interest in food service environment
- Able to work 6 days’ work per week, public holiday and weekends depending on the assigned outlet operating hours.
