Supports the company’s efforts to respond to public concerns relating to design, development, manufacture, storage, marketing, distribution, use and ultimate safe disposal of chemical products.
- Establish, publish and distribute daily production plans to the production shift leaders (inclusive of the orders form) to optimize product sequencing for internally produced items.
- Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.
- Utilize timely and effective communication of issues in manufacturing that may result in poor plan adherence. This includes providing daily updates to advise both internal and external personnel regarding master production schedule and open order status exceptions, identifying appropriate re-planning and/or recommended courses of action to minimize non-conformances.
- Analyze previous schedules for deviations and work with the Manufacturing management to determine how future deviations can be prevented
- Achieve KPI’s to support the organization’s service, working capital, and cost goals. Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance such as backorders, plan adherence, and inventory results.
- Notify appropriate parties and drive corrective action for inventory discrepancy resolution.
- Effectively communicate, collaborating with internal plant personnel, planning, and Supply Chain management
- Balance several priorities at one time to effectively multi-task throughout the day
- Maintains a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant work area and inputs information for incident reporting and suggestions for process improvement.
- Serves as backup to the Planning Analyst or Logistic Analyst as needed.
- Supports and is committed to the Quality Improvement Process.
- Develop the new work instructions when it is applicable upon new process.
- Participate in EHCP programs as nominated or projects as assigned.
