Assistant Manager, Placemaking and Partnership

**Job Purpose
- Assist the Director, Placemaking and Partnership Development in developing the strategies and implementation of activation initiatives for Civic District (CVD) placemaking.
- Engagements and collaborations with stakeholders, agencies, partners and organizations.
- Work closely with the teams in AHL to implement placemaking initiatives.
- Support the team in some areas of Partnership Development duties if required.
**Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, drive and implement effective CVD placemaking strategies and initiatives
- Establish and build strong relationships through engagements with external stakeholders and agencies. To ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. Provide relevant information, updates and regular support to stakeholders
- Assist in project design and planning
- Analyse and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Attend project meetings and follow-up with outstanding tasks.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, scope, schedules, budgets and expenditures, and outcomes
- Project documentation: prepare and submit project reports in a timely manager
- Review contract requirements and process invoices for payment in timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project activities.
- Assist and support Director/ Manager with Partnerships related scope of work when necessary.
**Qualifications
Education
- Degree in Business Administration / Marketing is preferred
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Events and Marketing industry
**Skills**:
**Note: This is a 2 - year contract role.
