**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Successful applicants will work with the Collins Aerospace IET team to develop technologies for use in Manufacturing and MRO operations.
- Design EE Circuit & PCB Layout with concept of modularity and reuse
- Build microcontroller programs for testing or simulations with appropriate details
- Create BOM for assigned projects
- Communicate effectively on the work progress and highlight the issues/risks to the manager
- Responsible for equipment in the lab and their usage
- Support project management activities for interdependent work packages
- Perform deep dive analysis into emerging technologies
- Other duties as may be assigned for electronics engineer role such as supporting project and make purchases

**REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor’s degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Two years of working experience in an engineering environment. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good understanding of common communication protocols usage
- Good understanding of electrical and electronic design concepts (e.g. engineering tradeoffs, design optimization, theory of operation, differences between different technologies)
- Willing to learn and pick up new skills and concepts on the job (Labview programming, PLC programming, vision systems, data analytics and visualization etc)
- Intermediate understanding of EDA design tools
- Willing to work hands on with various tools
- Strong communication skills, aptitude for teamwork, and able to work in multi-domain team (Electrical, Mechanical, Robotic, and Automation)
- Programming skills will be a plus
- Knowledge of Raspberry Pi and/or Arduino will be a plus
- Knowledge of Design Thinking methodology will be a plus
