To perform logistics support for the company and ensure goods are received and delivered on time.

**Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure all movement of materials are physically accounted for and updated in the system
- Accountable for inventory accuracy
- Ensure all system transactions are performed within the set KPIs and accurate Carry out admin & operations plans as instructed by superior

**Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure smooth operation in all aspects of store including storage of materials and coordinating of vendors, internal parties and deliveries
- Perform transactions in SAP system timely and accurately
- Manage reverse logistics (Returns, NCR - non-conformity)
- Administrative matters such as Delivery order checking, filing, and archiving
- Coordinate with all branches for inter-branch store transferring
- Maintain and file all incoming and outgoing documents
- Generate monthly report to supervisor
- Take on ad-hoc request/projects as and when assigned by immediate supervisor
- Coordinate with other departments, customers, suppliers and 3PL for inbound and outbound deliveries
- Desire traits include meticulous, attentive to details and able to remain calm in urgent situations
- Resolve all document discrepancies raised by user or customer

**Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics, Supply chain or Warehousing
- Diploma in Logistics/GCE O Level
- Great sense of urgency in a fast pace environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer Skills - Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Meticulous and steadfast
- Experience in SAP and WMS will be an added advantage
- Willing to work on Saturday (5.5days)
