We are currently supporting our client in the search for a high-calibre professional to join their Platform Servicing Team - a role that offers strategic oversight and leadership in data operations and vendor management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support the Head of Data Operations in delivering timely and accurate platform data readiness across the business.
- Provide global oversight of Middle Operations Service Provider (MOSP) and other third-party vendors in day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and manage the creation and maintenance of reference data and position reconciliations in Aladdin.
- Own daily oversight controls and escalate/resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and data policies, and manage service delivery metrics.
- Oversee incident management, transitions, market openings, and due diligence activities.
- Drive risk and control frameworks, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Lead talent development, performance management, and mentorship for your team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data operations, reconciliation, or a similar function, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Prior exposure to Aladdin is essential.
- Strong grasp of data quality principles, market data, and reference data workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in automation, risk controls, and process enhancement.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
