We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Bunker Clerk**to support our bunker tanker operations in Singapore. This role is critical in managing accurate documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance during bunkering activities.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage bunker delivery documentation, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with the vessel’s crew and cargo officers to verify bunker quantities and delivery processes.
- Liaise with customers and port authorities, acting as a point of contact for operational and documentation matters.
- Assist in compliance with Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) regulations, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
- Support overall operational efficiency and uphold the company’s commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in maritime operations or clerical support for bunker tankers is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with MPA regulations and bunkering documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
