We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Anti Money Laundering/Prevention/Know Your Client to join our Operations Utilities team. This role is located in Singapore.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Acts as a relationship partner role for KYC Operations imbedded within the line of business. Reviews and completes KYC requests for information for our large global clients (e.g. well known mega financial institutions).
- Ensures all information required by policy is provided to KYC BAU teams to complete New Business and/or Periodic Review KYC records
- Completes risk narrative memos that outlines a client’s relationship with the firm and business description
- Considered to be a top level SME on everything KYC and product. Maintains an advanced, current understanding of issues, risks and events that could affect a clients risk level. Identifies and updates profiles when appropriate
- Partners with internal stakeholders and external clients in order to resolve any issues, as needed. Directs, guides and motivates a team of AML/KYC/Prevention staff. Supports recruiting and performance management processes. Reports directly to the AML/KYC/Prevention manager. Contributes to the achievement of team goals

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Comfort with frequent client contact via written or voice across various locations in Asia Pacific.
- Japanese language skills strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 7-10 years of total work experience preferred. Familiarity with KYC for financial institutions is required
