**Summary of the Role**:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and done implementation or support experience in oracle fusion
- finance module.
- Good knowledge of SDLC process
- Well versed in the AP, AR, GL and project module of finance.
- Must be aware about the invoicing and P2P flow
- Good communication, inter-personal and leadership skills
- Proficient in English, both orally and in writing.
- At least 5 years working experience.
- Strong Hands on experience in oracle fusion or EBS - Finance and procurement functional module (SAAS - Fusion based - preferred)
- Cross skill functional understanding of oracle modules (finance, procurement, HR etc.)
- Experience of technical hands on minor modifications on oracle reports and interface mappings
- Support management experience on L2 Triaging, Incidents, service requests and problem requests
- Experience on troubleshooting/ diagnosis on production issues, Log verifications, job verifications.
- Support management experience on L3 - Change request and enhancements.
**Support Experience - ITIL Process**:
- Provide day-to-day production support, configuration activities, preventive maintenance, functional and technical advice.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and diagnose incident, problem, defect, program bug, or performance fault issues.
- Attend to all users’ queries, provide assistance and functional consultancy for the usage of all the Applications.
- Provide service desk assistance when necessary to expedite the development of a workaround or resolution.
- Pro-actively identify problems that could be resolved as first time fix by Helpdesk and ensure that the relevant information is updated.
- Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of all problems reported, perform rectification works and identify its root cause.
