We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing financial services consulting practice in Singapore to expand their financial services industry knowledge and skills.

The KPMG financial services advisory team assists banks and capital market sectors in managing their day-to-day business challenges and developments. We support our financial services clients on multiple diverse consulting projects that include:

- Business growth (e.g. market entry, customer insights, merger and acquisitions support)
- Operational process improvements across the banking value chain
- Organisation-wide functional (re)design
- Change management and project management
- Digital and technology enablement
- Programme management support

You will be playing a crucial role in helping to drive KPMG's global innovation agenda for Financial Services and will be part of a dynamic team culture offering collaborative internal networks and support. The following key activities include:

- Ensure KPMG is recognised as a market leader for crypto/ blockchain innovation and thought leadership
- Originate opportunities with financial institutions and crypto/blockchain native firms and develop an annuity pipeline, working closely with client teams and the Digital Village
- Create new or evolving existing offerings on crypto/blockchain, assets, practices, technologies, and assess the value of the new capabilities for the organizations and ecosystems
- Advice clients on the emerging technology topics such as Asset tokenization, Defi, DAO, Metaverse etc.
- Responsible for meeting client's expectations, project timeline and schedules as well as financial and business targets of the project
- Support other functions (Tax, Consulting, Deals and Audit) as SME on crypto/ blockchain
- Identify opportunities to improve KPMGs digital and innovation processes or behaviors to enable firmwide alignment, strong communication, and effective collaboration. Embed a design and systems thinking culture within KPMG to improve the firm's digital maturity
- **At least 7 yearsof experience in a top tier fintech or bank, private equity, venture capital, crypto-native firms or in management consulting**:

- **Deep expertise in platform-based businesses, venture building or e-commerce. Must have hands-on experience in working on Crypto/blockchain projects on Industry use cases and have deep insights/knowledge of the ecosystem**:

- **Strong knowledge in Central Bank Digital currency, Payments, cryptocurrency and blockchain**:

- **Good network of cryptocurrency market participants, e.g. crypto fund, crypto liquidity providers, crypto proprietary firms, etc.**:

- **Have experience in relationship building and project delivery**:

- **Understand how to manage change within a financial institution, and concepts of agile delivery**:

- **Possess strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
