**Job Description: Sales Associate (Retail and Online)
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:Greet and assist customers warmly, providing friendly and approachable assistance.
Share information on products, address customer queries, and offer guidance in making informed purchasing decisions.
- **Sales and Service**:Actively participate in sales efforts, meeting targets in both the in-store and online settings.
Process transactions accurately, handle payments, and ensure an enjoyable customer experience.
- **Product Knowledge**:Develop a fundamental understanding of our product offerings, conveying key features and benefits to customers.
- **Online Customer Support**:Assist online customers with order processing, provide product information, and address basic inquiries promptly.
Monitor online platforms for customer feedback and respond with helpful and timely information.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and cohesive work environment.
Contribute to a culture of excellence in customer service and teamwork.

**Qualifications**:

- No specific educational requirements; a positive attitude and a commitment to learning are essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for transaction processing and handling online customer inquiries.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar field is a plus.
