**Job Scope:
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with China Team and Hong Kong team via Slack
- Coordinate with factories via QQ/Wechat and other such communication tools
- Organize files properly via company NAS drive
- Prepare Quotation sheets for clients using Excel as well as ERP
- Prepare Sales Order, Proforma Invoices, Purchase orders and so forth using EXCEL as well as ERP.
- Prepare shipping documents: Booking orders, Quotations Invoice, packing list, delivery orders, Purchase orders, Profit Table and other such reports to relevant parties
- Check Factory contracts, loading plans, client instructions etc..
- Perform all office duties including general administration
- Data entry into company ERP system
- Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products to local and oversea customers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of Experience in import and export documentation and shipping practices
- Positive working attitude with good initiatives
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Able to learn fast and work independently
- Responsible and reliable, loyal and hardworking
