Job Responsibilities:

- Provide legal and administrative support, including reviewing and drafting contracts, documents, agreements, and other correspondence.
- Prepare and summarize cases for lawsuits and legal proceedings.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, depositions, and pleadings.
- Conduct research, investigate facts, and develop legal arguments.
- Handle E-filing via E-litigation and Integrated Case Management System (ICMS).

Job Requirements:

- Relevant working experience in law
- Familiarity with E-filing via E-litigation and Integrated Case Management System (ICMS)
- Experience in conducting QuestNet, ACRA search, legal research using LawNet and LexisNexis
- Working location: Kaki Bukit
- Working hours: 5.5 working days per week, Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Sat 9 am - 1 pm
