Due to business expansion, the Company has an opening for a Financial Analyst. The role reports to the Managing Director.

**Key Responsibilities:
**Financial Reporting
Develop and maintain framework of internal financial and accounting controls in conjunction with compliance function.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting of the Company to Senior Management.

Monthly review and reporting of company’s balance sheet, revenue, and expenditure.

Oversee annual tax filings on the company and fund levels in conjunction with assistance from outsource service providers.

Maintain accuracy of financial data and records in company database.

Conduct continuous refinement and improvement of existing financial processes.

Oversee annual internal and external audits.

Financial reporting of funds’ positions and cash balances in conjunction with outsource service providers, i.e. fund administrator.

Collaborate with Compliance function for all relevant matters pertaining to financial accounting in relation to regulatory requirements.

**Operations
Assist Operations function for the preparation of account opening, subscription, realisation, and other documentational matters.

Conduct periodic reviews of existing operational processes to facilitate process optimisation, cost reduction, and elimination of redundancies.

**Key Requirements:
At least five (5) years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, business support, or relevant function.

Degree in business, accounting, or finance.

Strong integrity, accountability, and sense of discretion.

Good communication, written, and presentation skills.

Organised and meticulous in planning and details.

Confident, enthusiastic, and reliable.

Conscientious with strong sense of responsibility.

Proactive with strong initiative.

Ability to work independently and within a team when required.

**Compensation Package:
Base: $54,000 - $66,000

Performance Bonus: Yes, semi-annually

Allowances: Mobile
