We are currently looking for **QC Lead-Cell Culture Lab **to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

- Carry out routine cell culture tasks, such as subculturing and maintaining cell lines in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor cell health, viability, and growth characteristics, and promptly report any deviations or irregularities.
- Prepare and sterilize cell culture media, supplements, and reagents.
- Maintain accurate documentation of media preparation procedures and keep track of inventory levels.
Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment, including incubators, biosafety cabinets, centrifuges, and microscopes.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or irregularities to the supervisor for timely resolution.
Implement and maintain rigorous aseptic techniques to prevent contamination of cell cultures.
- Perform regular cleaning and sterilization of work areas and equipment to uphold a controlled environmentContribute to the development and optimization of protocols for cell culture procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to design and validate new experimental techniques
- Create comprehensive reports summarizing experimental procedures, results, and observations.
- Compile and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
- Provide assistance in experimental design and troubleshooting as required.
- Able to author process validation protocol/report/ lab test plan Must have Cell Culture Lab Experience.
