Seasports Executive

Investigate trends
- Plans, organizes, market and executes various seasports activities and events
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
- Improve program effectiveness
- Being familiar with organizing tournaments to improve events take-up rates
- Ensure that seasports activities are carried out smoothly
- Ensure all admin matters are in orders
- Familiar with legislation, policies, procedures about Sports and Events and champion in safety aspects.
- Work closely with other departments to create a buzz and revenue opportunities.
- Source for sponsorship for various sports event
- coordinate with sponsors on advertising and publicity
- Assist in other social events when required

**Requirements**:

- Degree/ Diploma in Sports & Wellness Management or related field
- Have a PPCDL and/or Level 1 Sailing Proficiency preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Possess good communication skills and creativity
- Motivated and highly independent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
