We are **Kenso Art Interiors Group **- interior design, contracting, wholesalers and distributors of full range of sanitary wares (toilet bowls, vanity cabinets, heaters, rain showers, taps, basins, bathroom accessories, etc.), furniture and kitchen hardware (full range of sinks, taps, hinges, slides, tandem boxes, HK lifts, dish rack pull-down trays, corner trays, pull-out tables, ladle units and other kitchen accessories), appliances and other building materials.

Coupled that with our own in-house workers, tilers, plumbers, carpenters, vinyl installers, painters, etc., we are highly competitive in the local interior design and renovation markets. In addition, we have developed innovative products that our competitors, simply cannot offer, such as our kitchen art design glass backsplash and Blueproof sink cabinet waterproofing.

**Responsibilities:
- Presentation of company and design concepts to clients.
- To formulate space planning, interior design conceptualisation and concept development and prepare quotation to clients
- Follow up on sales leads provided
- To prepare project drawings (training provided), design, material selection, layout documentations for clients, our workers and sub-contractors
- Project management/site coordination and schedule the respective contractors and own workers/factories/warehouses
- Any other duties that may be assigned

**Requirements**:

- Creative and passionate in interior designs
- Confident and have positive working attitude with a high degree of integrity
- Great sense of ownership and responsibility
- Good eye for details, systematic and well organized
- Able to work independently and as a team to meet project timelines
- Sales target driven, self-motivated, aggressive, proactive and resourceful
- A desire to constantly improve and seeks opportunities to grow professionally
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects and timelines
- Proficiency in Excel is a must
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup will be great. Willing to learn if have no experience
- Bilingual Proficiency, English / Mandarin
- Have a minimum of 1 year working experience in designing interior spaces
