We are looking for a Director/Senior Manager, Financial Analysis.

**Location**: Singapore

**About the Role**:
You will play a dual role in being the finance partner to Asia Pacific Hotels and in delivering financial analysis to Asia Pacific Capital Markets. Reporting to the Asia Pacific Finance Director for Capital Markets and Valuations, this role will require you to work with multiple stakeholders in business, finance, and geographies to achieve financial objectives.

Supporting Business Growth

You will support the business in driving growth and productivity and translate the firm’s objectives into measurable performance metrics. You will be responsible for the development of business plans, annual budgets, and forecasts consistent with business and finance objectives. You will also be expected to analyse and explain the drivers of business performance including revenues, costs, profits, and headcounts.

Financial Management and Reporting

The role will ask you to handle a range of finance responsibilities, such as ensuring accurate monthly reports and forecasts, analysing the pipeline, controlling costs, improving revenue per head, monitoring receivables, implementing compensation plans, providing market share analysis, and tracking investment hires. You will be expected to ensure control and governance and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these processes.

Finance Partnering

All these will demand solid skills to partner with different stakeholders at various levels. Armed with a sharp commercial acumen, you will deliver best-in-class finance partnering services to support the business, the global segment, and the region by collaborating with corporate function teams such as country finance, controllership, HR, and IT. You demonstrate the experience and skills required to accomplish goals and objectives in a global matrix organisation.

Hands-On Experience

You will be a professionally qualified Finance professional with a minimum of 12 years of experience gained at MNCs or Banks. As an individual contributor, you will be hands-on with Excel and PowerPoint, and have solid experience in PeopleSoft, EBPCS, OneStream, or other large-scale ERP financial systems. Experience in SalesForce or other CRM systems will be an advantage.

Highly Resilient

You will need a positive mind set and a ‘can do’ attitude when multi-tasking driving change and delivering efficiencies. Naturally proactive, you’ll possess the innate ability to identify risks in delivery before it becomes an issue. You will have the ability to work well under pressure and support the team without compromising quality.

You will be a person that collaborates well with others regardless of role, business unit or location. You will be firm on principles but flexible and fair when challenged.
