Premier Banking Branch Manager

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded bank in Singapore, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Premier Banking Branch Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to take charge of a premier branch, drive sales growth, and deliver outstanding service to affluent clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage branch performance, ensuring financial targets, regulatory compliance, and service quality standards are consistently met.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations including customer onboarding, teller and counter services, and account-related transactions.
- Manage cash operations effectively, ensuring accurate cash holdings, reconciliation, and adherence to audit and control procedures.
- Ensure all branch activities are fully compliant with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on service excellence and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Branch Manager role within the Premier Banking or Wealth Management segment.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing and motivating frontline teams.
- In-depth knowledge of branch operations, cash handling processes, and service delivery in a banking environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on delivering a superior client experience.
